Mei-Huan Chen
Mei-Huan Chen is a PhD student in the department of Geography at Penn State. Her research focuses on the politics of environment, natural resources, and infrastructure. Prior to joining Penn State, she received her MS in Building and Planning from the National Taiwan University and BS in Urban Planning from National Cheng Kung University. She also worked at the Institute of Ethnology at Academia Sinica, where she examined water supply issues in Metropolitan Taipei.
