About

What is LandscapeU?

We are a transdisciplinary, innovative graduate program, funded by the National Science Foundation, to prepare students to solve some of the world’s most complex issues in food, energy, and water (FEW). LandscapeU students participate in special courses, an internship, and lab rotation. Students also work directly with community stakeholders to develop science communication skills and allow for actionable science experiences. The program is meant to enhance the graduate experience of students and provides the opportunity for NSF fellowships to support their education. We celebrate diversity among our students and are proud of our current student cohorts that represent many cultures and many areas of expertise ranging from Anthropology to Water Resource Engineering.
