Dr. Leticia Oseguera

Leticia Oseguera is an Associate Professor and Senior Research Associate in the Higher Education Program and the Center for the Study of Higher Education in the Department of Education Policy Studies at the Pennsylvania State University. She received her master’s and doctoral degree from the Higher Education and Organizational Change Program from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to Penn State, Dr. Oseguera was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at the University of California, Irvine where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Her area of research focuses on access and success in postsecondary and graduate education for historically underserved groups and she holds extensive expertise in program evaluation.
